It's time to start thinking about planning Winter escapes and Spring Break vacations! If you've put off planning due to concerns about whether you'll be able to find a vacation spot that can accommodate your gluten free diet, I'm here to say you have plenty of options. Have you had a chance to preview the new SIMPLY GLUTEN FREE Magazine? It debuted with the November/December Holiday issue and has been a smashing success (which may explain why you may have missed it...it's been flying off newsstands!). Started by Carol Kicinski, founder of the Simply Gluten Free recipe and lifestyle website and blog, the bi-monthly magazine by the same name brings together top allergen free bloggers and writers in each issue. I'm honored to be an Associate Editor and will be contributing an article to each issue. The January/February issue features an article I wrote about Gluten Free Cruising. Rather than focus on deprivation, SIMPLY GLUTEN FREE Magazine celebrates the abundance of a gluten free and allergen free life, focusing on providing simple solutions to the challenges gluten free people of all ages face. Topics include medical and nutrition, entertaining, travel, eating out, fitness, and more. Of course, there are always plenty of simple and delicious recipes for gluten free diets -- as well as Paleo, dairy free, vegetarian, sugar free, and vegan diets. Right now you can find SIMPLY GLUTEN FREE Magazine at Whole Foods, Barnes and Noble, Wegmans, Hastings, Sprouts, Fresh Market, and hundreds of individual... Read more →
